Yeah there seems to be a bug with the text value shown in chat (specifically on a ding, like your example screenshot) compared to the actual exp shown on the bar.
I've seen it say that I gained some crazy amount like this before but then I check the exp bar and the actual value is way less.

A: Yes. Item class/race/deity requirements are removed for all items on the server.
So I can run a toon with all epic 2.0 clickies?
A full group of Berserkers with SK epic wont need a healer.
And everyone will have a res stick.

If they tossed in Frostreaver ruleset with lethar all/all it's a competitor for eql. The all/all thing is maybe one thing that could bring me back.

They should have just combined the rule sets on Frostreaver and gone with a very popular server. frostreaver is still popular but adding the All/All would have brought even more players in. As it is, I have no interest in playing on two servers. I choose one server and stick with it a while.

Starting at 75 with all/all gear is a tall order. Everyone's going to have a list of clicks they want spanning the game up until that point. Does something like Time's Antithesis have an equivalent/replacement in a later expansion? Getting to bolt some of the Malo line on to an Enchanter or Druid sounds pretty good. Magicians don't have a ton of utility so go ahead and hook them up with some.
I know I'm in the minority but if they eventually do something like this as a traditional May TLP I hope it starts in Classic for a month. The later you start the more stuff you're trying to do all at once and then the longer you're spending in any particular early expansion. Frostreaver still has just under eleven weeks to get to Luclin.

There is a unique mechanic here on Lethar that I think is underappreciated.
Persona's + all/all + heirloom = reward for players that level up and gear out each persona
Epic results may be all/all - but for most of them (maybe all?) you need to be the class to get the dialog.
Same for a number of other quest items. You need to be the class to get it.
Then you can trade it via heirloom to your main persona and use it freely.
Some world drop items will be open to everyone, but many of the most powerful class items require leveling up a persona to obtain.
