I posted a screencap of what mine says at the time you posted. I don't know why mine says different than yours. You PC clock fucked up or something, VPN?

But again if "the time of day" is the cause why have most servers lost around half player count at peak?

Because they aren't actually measuring PEAK times you fucking idiot. Notice how the EU servers are holding their peaks just fine?? That's because it is actually measuring pops during EU Prime time. You simple minded buffoon.

In terms of server population.. everyone should expect classic to have a fairly significant drop off. I think we have to remember the majority of the people playing this game have this content mastered. If they're going to be patient with the content releases, then only your theorycrafters are going to be really dedicated and others will casually level up new combos or simply wait until new content is released. To me, that's ok... Bringing up other classes are fun but classic can be pretty redundant. I cannot count how many times I've cleared LGuk and SolB in my life but I do think folks are missing some of the fun by just burning through stuff. In their defense, there's not a whole lot of discovery so no matter how casually most of us choose to play, we pretty well only know the most effective and efficient way to do everything at this point. It will be fine... the game is really fun and I've actually had the opportunity to play with people experiencing EQ for the first time. It's actually kind of odd that's I've been stopped at work and out and about by people that asked me about EQL. I really wish they would bring Kunark sooner. I think that adds a lot to the game but maybe they have some plans I'm not aware of in terms of new content that will be more filling than I think.

I'm having a good time but I'm slowing down a bit and will probably play through Valheim 1.0 when it releases but I'm really looking forward to EQL's future and when more content arrives.

Closer to two, but it's growth vs reduction. Your combining the numbers from all the server into one, but aren't doing the same for the standard live service why?

This isn't even pulling in the number Mischief+Thorneblade were 2 months after those server launched.

TLPs don't drop off close to this hard man. TLPs like lose a few % a week for the first few months. The popular one often grow the first few months. They don't drop off 50% in a week man.

Are you really so fucking stupid that you are using a peak population number the day a brand new game launches against a random population number @ 7am on a weekday, 2 weeks later to decipher retention? Do you realize if you use the same dumbass methodology with frost or even teek under the same conditions you end up with a similiar number? Its almost as if most people arent playing during that time span.

Whoever is running that site isnt providing nearly enough data for legends to even ballpark a number on retention. At least for the frostreaver data its updated at an hourly rate to get a less
