Aren't the features of Frostweaver just things they've done before but lots of them? Can Velious BST/BER really be that big of a ball buster? The polls were months ago.

Just one of his many posts recently that tell us as of a few weeks ago there are still tasks in progress that they are making no promises will be completed.

Frostreaver def gonna have a ton of random shit not ready.

This is why EQL got handed to the team it did. The EQ team at Daybreak can't keep up as it is.

Here's the problem, you can find here on these very forums a post from Secrets themselves with a mile long list of things they thought were wrong with THJ. If you read this list it clearly establishes that many of the things that made THJ great were not seen as a positive from Secrets perspective. In my opinion the success of THJ was something that Secrets did not understand and resented.

So we all thought we were getting a natural and official successor/improved version of THJ and that was a completely fair assumption when EQL was announced and multiclassing was the key feature announcement. The EQL team is simply not going to disabuse you of those assumptions because in doing so would lessen the hype.

The fact remains, and as I have said for weeks on here, this is not going to feel anything like THJ, and anyone who was hoping it would is going to be MASSIVELY disappointed.

Can you even call this a rug pull if you see it coming a hundred miles away?

So I know everyone is saying they basically wanted a THJ 2.0. What about THJ made you want to replay it? I was close to Zeb when THJ shut down, so I had already done enough farming (UP, DN, PoN caves) I really had no desire to re-level a new character and go through the planar progression again. If you were working your way through PoP or previous expacs I get wanting to be able to complete it. For those that were farming Zeb were you keen to just re-roll and try a new class combo?
