So you got banned from Discord for sperging out and are here raging out at randos about it.

You're welcome here, brother, just don't say stupid, ignorant shit.
From what I saw it looks like he got banned, probably after buy stuff from the store. Probably unjustly? As annoying and dumb as he's playing here, he seemed pretty anti cheater. Probably just afk'd for spider silk somewhere with a pet and got suspended for a week and that was enough to throw him on the DPG hate train.

Which, to be fair, DPG does suck megaballs, but you can critique them without making up shit and outright lying about stuff. That's what annoys me. The blind rage creating "future facts" as your justification for shit. Emotional EQ players are just the saddest, man.

Banned from the eq forums after sending multiple videos of people botting/boxing over the limit.

If you're banned on the eq forums you can't send in reports or at least you couldn't back at Fangbreaker launch. So you can't actually send videos until unbanned. So they banned me for sending to many reports which all require you to manually adjust videos because they can't be to big and they have to be at the specific area. So you can't just send in a minute long video.

Never went afk farming was to busy trying to follow the bullshit hot zones.

As far as I can tell, there’s no way to message or email Daybreak about anything, for any reason. I want to bribe them with a “donation” to dick around in Beta.

S Secrets please help this forum bro out.
I completely forgot about the forum connection.

Having been a gaming nerd for 40+ years and tested WoW before vanilla launched - which my EQ guild was not happy about - I would like to think I could be helpful and constructive.

Moon, How are you coming along with your toon? What's your combo at the moment?

My brdcuck got to 39 last night. The perennial failure of vanilla EQ is the deplorable lack of xp areas from 35-50. Solo instances are supposedly coming soon, as in Friday, so hopefully this is resolved sooner rather than later.

Goal 1 is getting to 50. Get my spells. Get my primary class unlock token.
Goal 2 is gear farming. I will probably go back and just live in +4 cazic until I have a full suit of rubicite. Then do Runnyeye until I have a decent BABS for my next set. At some point I will start doing dragons since their loot is fucking bangarang.
Goal 3 is AA farming. Getting all class AAs done and getting the important general and archtypes done will also make future aliases easy mode.

Bard does appear to be the most popular class right now. So much value passively. It does sort of make other choices obsolete. I’m considering it, but it doesn’t necessarily seem as fun or engaging (TBDOf course). And to be honest, I won’t be able to stand the 24/7 partial effects and arm waving.

Symphonic Aura is just that good. 210% awesomeness. No carpal tunnel. No /melody. Just always on 5x songs that don't break invis or interfere with anything. Bards also bring plate to the table and the best run speed in the game. They amplify any other combo nicely. But yeah, the sparklies are annoying. I think you can turn particle effects off, and I may do that.

Was planning to do mnk/dru/ber next. Use that token on BER so I can have everything fully unlocked once I am able to solo sky.

Same, man. I can’t stand the pulsing particle effects and animation. Which sucks because one of the classes in your build being so passively strong is kind of a no-brainer add for this kind of game.

I bet after a round of fear/hate/naggy/vox it would be enough to solo Sky on default. Probably not 2-4 difficulty out of the gate?

Would suggest farming hate for Bard plate immediately, the scorn banshee are mostly all static solo fight spots in the southwest that you can kill without much gear. Rubi BP is decent to keep in an any slot for the regen and ac though.

Yeah, I don't think it will be too hard. I have only been playing for 6 days now, and 2 of those were 100% taken up by moving. The next 2 were semi-asleep because of the moving. So I will be 50 well before I reach the 2 week mark. Unfortunately proving how solo friendly this game is for the mentally handicapped among us trying to say otherwise.

Multiclass mobs are a kick in the dick for now, because they just take forever to kill. Gearing up will fix that easy enough. Diff 0 will get you to +4-6 items easy enough while you are xping. No multiclass mobs. Diff 1 is low chance of 2 class mobs. 2 and 3 increase that chance. Diff 4 has a lot of them, and 3 class mobs. The increased item levels on drops and higher xp make up for it.

Basically the item level up system is factors of 2. A base item is worth 1, +1 is 2, +2 is 4 etc. To upgrade from base to 1 takes 1 point. 1 to 2 takes 2 points, 2 to 3 takes 4 points. To go from 0 to 10 takes a total of 1023 points. In diff 4 items drop at +4 minimum, so you only need 64 total, which is definitely faster than 1024. Drop rates in splitpaw were really good. There's 10 or so different items the tesch gnolls drop, and doing entry to the first doors usually got 3-5 drops per round. 6 minute respawns. It adds up really fast. Mobs are 19-33, so the xp is really good too.

Will keep that in mind. I really need to work on weapons though. Any suggestions?

SSOY and Enameled Black Mace in LGuk. The Mace should drop more often. Upgraded is a solid ratio.
I was thinking the Pugius in Unrest off the Blade Fiend. Low level magic dagger that "should' be quick to upgrade and when maxed is a really good ratio.
A few good ones from Runney Eye.
Bladed Thulian from Avatar in Cazic?
The 1hb that looks like a torch. Fire Brand I think?

That is a little too fast, but I guess leveling isn't the "game" in Legends. Plenty to do still considering the fun combos that can be made and conquering different difficulties with them.

That's a crap-ton of points to upgrade items to 10 though. Motes clearly don't do anything beyond the first few levels. I was looking at Planes weapons and thinking how badass they would be at +10, but the likelihood of getting enough to upgrade that far is near zero.

Watch the streamers for gameplay and game mechanics, but believe NOTHING they say about if it's "fun" or "enjoyable". They are ALL paid shills.

It's a longer term goal. Just focus on one thing to upgrade as far as you want to go with it. The other things you get that are good for other builds get beefed up along the way.
