I only had an issue with instances on Wednesday. I've had no issues since then. If you leave an instance and spin it down, relog before spinning up a new one.

Yesterday was fine, today they aren't working. You create one and then try to load in, but it puts you right back in the public zone with a message saying "this instance is not ready to receive guests" or something similar. Relogging didn't fix.
Other issue: There are barely any zones that have a working map. None of the dungeons do. It sucks because half of them I've never been to before.
