Only needs +4 to take the proc off. I did it this morning. It’s great. Then Paladins also get a lvl 15 spell that procs massive undead damage as well. Something something Nife. THEN they have Smite which double-procs half the time.
I’m trying monk/shaman/ranger next or maybe sub out ranger for rogue. Not sure who can survive better.
Rogue poisons are super good, doing war/rog/dru right now but will prob sub out druid for cleric or shaman eventually. After getting wolf form from druid though and seeing how much that added attack pumps damage... I'm curious how Ranger would feel because they have a ton of +atk stuff.
I'm at 38 and the wolf form appears to add 35-ish attack power. But, its annoying seeing and hearing the wolf all the time, lol. Max level Ranger is like, 110 attack power? Not sure wolf can match that.
As long as you have a piercer in a weapon or “any” slot, you can backstab & frontstab.
The games only as easy as you want it to be with the difficulty sliders. You get AA along with regular exp. They are separate exp so you're not getting penalized. I have like 12 AA already at level 15 just playing on difficulty 2.
For now it's somewhat limited by being classic only. There are only a couple zones you can get xp in after 40, so it gets repetitive pretty quickly. The Hole, Lguk, and Sol B. Kedge too I suppose, but no one ever wants to go there. For reasons. They nerfed xp in dungeons just before preorder beta, by quite a bit. I am still having fun, but I am seeing it first hand, and it is markedly slower. That said, I got the same 2hs I was using before planes, and at +6 it has a .78 ratio. I am 31 and just got my rubi bp. I am rolling solo for now, although grouping is much much faster. I am in a guild of the old school poopsocker types. They are just getting to 40s, and have done Yael and the dragons already. They were destroying lguk and such at 25.
Valuable information, thank you! Is there a recent "quickest route to 50 zone guide" or in other words: what are your recommendations when it comes to which zone in what order? Befallen - Unrest - Sol A - LGuk - Hole was my usual approach.
1-10 wherever. Once you get 3rd class Befallen to 25-30 however much you can take, because getting the weapons to +6 or higher will tide you over until planes. CT to 30-32, basically long enough to get yourself a rubi bp, AoF is 38 and will mudrape you. Lguk to 4x, if antiundead speed plowing will take you fairly high. Sol B or Hole undeads to 50. You can do yael and dragons at 40, planes at 46. Running a solo d0 at 46 is good xp and planar armor, so there is that. Hate is also good xp for antiundead.
