Items are pretty much all worthless. The focus clearly was on giving the weaker classes stuff, but the stuff isn't even planar quality, except for 1 item from the boss (mana pres III) and maybe 1-2 niche items.

You can just invis down to the boss and kill him. The rest of the zone has no relevance. XP isn't great and mote drops are severely subpar.

No idea why they invested time in this. We didn't need a worse alternative to already available content, we needed something better.

It is a pretty poor effort that took them forever. 99% chance Kunark is going to be trash, too.

Mobs have way too many hp for their level, and mote drops are rare. Don't see leveling there as a realistic option.

The sad part it doesn't have to meet that end. This should have been a layup. I'm not saying its doomed yet but their decisions make little to no sense and surely they can see it in the change of population. I'm sure this release gave a little life but there never had to be a lull and they could have provided plenty of content upfront and gave themselves time to release custom content later.

The playbook was written and the path was already clear. If Kunark is a swing and a miss... I think it will have little chance to recover what momentum it had or ever reach its poential.

No inclination to get back to this, had a couple of weeks left to play before subscription was done, but no thanks. Don't really see how Kunark can save this

Kunark could save it. Unfortunately, Kunark isn't scheduled to be out for another 2 months! That's another 2 months of zero good content and quickly declining server pops.
There may be nothing left to save by the time Kunark rolls out.
