cleric epic barely survives its own expansion on a tlp, though on p99 its clearly the best i agree

When the board had a guild several years ago playing EQ I used the ranger epic to slow crap, until i bought a shaman from someone in game for next to nothing. Then I no longer needed a guild/group lol. The haste weapon was replaced a long time ago, but when it was new it was great.

The cleric epic can be used after being rezzed when at 0 mana with the 5m ooc timer still ticking. Nobody is hard casting rez here. Also, rez is still used in 99% of the cases where people are eating no delevel deaths because its used to get people back to the zone. The cleric epic went from op to really good with tlp changes. It stays useful until the rez aa. Saying its useless is retarded.

clearly a low level gamer who doesnt understand current tlp meta.
1. u can relog in 35 seconds (or less) to get ooc
2. u lose 2 seconds of dps every dt clicking the epic, when ur farming spiroc lord for over an hour its a significant diff
you essentially need to be retarded or poor to use the cleric epic like that on a tlp, the usefulness is now essentially an ooe enchanter epic which is fair enough but the cleric epic went from probably the best 1.0 to essentially useless, a bit like the monk 1.0 sadly.

TLPs (and many emulators) are such a vacuous experience. It's a solved game. Everyone is just coloring inside the lines. I have some light respect for the ones that intentionally fuck up the balance so people can't autist their 27 year old knowledge for the 500th time.

you posed a scenario where a cleric has died and imagined that their only option was to click rez people for 5 minutes
unless your in a dumpster fire guild then nobody is in that scenario, most people know to just relog and fully med whilst rezing in 3 mins rather than using their epic (hell they can use their epic whilst medding its just 2 seconds slower per cast)
its so clear that some people have never played eq past mischief or even teek ... the game has changed and if your still playing like you did even 3 yeara ago you are WAY behind

List is pretty self evident (especially assuming velious start on next tlp and your raid logging)
A tier
Bard (bis til pop)
B tier
Ranger (off hand usable from luclin -> late PoP, slow)
Monk (free dps click)
Shaman (free dps click)
C tier
Zerker (assuming velious start and npc's popped)
enchanter epic (free haste, not optimal)
cleric epic (free rez, not optimal)
the rest of the list is basically what you prefer to look at cosmetically, though in terms of would you ever use it.
F tier
Druid epic -> class is useless so epic is useless
Wizard -> stat stick
Mage -> decent in non motm content, arguably worse than a normal pet in raid content but who cares your a coth bot
Paladin -> kunark drops drops are better than your epic
SK -> kunark drops are better than your epic assuming your an ogre
Warrior -> agro is irrelevant now on tlp's definetly not worth even looking at come velious
Necro -> nope
Rogue -> double nope
beastlord -> tripple nope
dont think i forgot anyone!
If it was a kunark list and Zerker was obtainable it would be moved up to B tier (so would rogue and warrior)
If it was a luclin start list zerker / monk / shaman pop down to F tier.
Funnily enough if you started in TSS the only epic worth doing is the necro epic because ur pre 1.5 is still a bit bugged from what i remember

In raid content you typically have an enchanter or mage or sk pre agro, so your so far ahead on agro that your stun augs and top end weps dont need agro procs to maintain agro in those eras
the out of era augs and discs are big changes compared to p99
