Yeah, to each his own, but you get those people even in farm sim that run full manual and mod in fully realistic cabs and control everything on their implements, not just gear shifting.

There's lots in farm sim I like, but ultimately, for me, it's in the same genre as pressure washer sim. I find it relaxing to watch my plow or combine change the texture of a field in nice swaths. When I miss an edge on a curved field I "must" go back even if it's only a small % yield of a couple liters product. If I ran it like a pure economy sim I'd skip it and do something else productive. Why do I like "painting" fields but don't particularly like forklifting bales and pallets, who knows, but based on mod popularity I'm not alone.

There's a new terraform-anywhere style mod that let me smooth out that jagged area where the pallets poop out of the barn. That keeps them from being stuck so I don't necessarily NEED an autoload trailer to get them unstuck. I can keep going with forklift mode if I want.

Hmm this could be amazing:

The grease gun brings back memories. That was usually my job being the smallest. Crawl around under the plows and zap the little metal titties.

But, I am broke and seems like I just bought FS25 too.

Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.

They make you grease the machinery? That's like playing a war simulator and getting stuck being the guy who has to dig the latrine.
