I dunno why you are so miserable but I literally am asking if the game treats you like you're a retard. I've been playing FF since the first game and even have a giant ass tattoo of Vivi. Not asking for citizen kane here, I know what I'm getting into.

A big example of a game that treats you like a retard is Ni No Kuni

It does not treat you like a retard but I have found myself FF/Skip more than once when the 'story' gets dopey. That's just me, and I'm in a hurry to get this beat by the time OoT comes out.

Switch 2 and seems fine for me. Could have went Steam and did the Steam deck as well.

Game is very good. Scratches that turn based itch. I'm sure its great for those that are terrible at action based combat and think this is peak. It does get a little repetitive to just put together the same 4, 8, 16 move combos with whatever the elemental weakness is, but there's enough to do and little gear upgrades to find. It's funny how some characters I've barely touched while others just feel like absolute mainstays that should never leave your party.

The partial CT tear in my left wrist is burning so hard I can barely use my hand (And I'm left handed) I cannot stop playing this damn game. It's like old school FF and the nods to past games with the 'visions' only scratch the itch more. Finally turned it off and sitting here with an ice pack around my hand.

I ended up taking a break from Metaphor Refantazio to play this over the weekend. So glad that I did man this game is so good. Only at the wind shrine in Chapter 2 and it's already so much customization. I appreciate that so far, all the secrets been fairly easy to find too, can play without any sort of guide and not feel like i'm missing anything.

Been awhile since I played a game that forces to me to make myself get off of it. Still early in it but can already see this is def GOTY for me easily.

Regarding a Colosseum Issue in Final Fantasy Resonance.

We have identified an issue in the Colosseum where, after performing certain actions, an uncleared battle may incorrectly be marked as cleared, preventing the victory reward from being claimed.

This occurs when selecting an uncleared Colosseum battle. If you go back or select “No” at the challenge confirmation, then win a battle outside the Colosseum, the selected battle is incorrectly marked as cleared, preventing you from claiming its reward.

Workaround
If you have performed Step 2, you can avoid the issue by entering any Colosseum battle and selecting “Flee” before taking part in a battle outside the Colosseum. After doing so, you can continue playing as normal.

We are currently investigating the issue and working on a fix, which is planned for an upcoming update. Players who have already been affected and are unable to claim their victory rewards will also receive compensation through the update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Steam allows for a mobile experience on many more devices. Why stop at 1080p60 when it could be 4k?

Really really good game. I been working a lot this past week so I haven’t gotten a chance to play like I wanted to. I initially got to chapter 3 but I restarted over but this time on expert difficulty. I just found myself steamrolling through the content on normal difficulty. The fights are more challenging but not to the point where I’m slamming the controller due to frustration. I strongly suggest playing it on expert. It’s not too difficult or too easy. The story is okay but hey it’s a Final Fantasy game so I wasn’t expecting the best written one to begin with. Think my biggest gripe is the constant talking during and after battles. After a while it’s just gets old and annoying. Hopefully I can beat this before Thursday cause the Zelda Remake comes out.
