Yeah like I said I get it. I’ve been on the other side on the loser of trades plenty of times is all I like to remind people of. The worst is when you didn’t even know someone was on the block

I'd boast about being in your head but when you keep Deshaun Watson and go 28-54 over the last 5 seasons it's nothing to brag about and I'd look for a bad guy too

I responded to something you said about me. I have no idea why you're so worked up about this, but I'm guessing it's because I pointed out you've never been competitive in the league but even with that I didn't think that would rile you up this much. You took a jab at me and I took one back and then you raged out because I did so? I had already said my peace on the trade before you literally changed your name to come at me. I didn't have to drag you down, you finish in the bottom half nearly every year, you can blame me if you want, but I haven't won the league in 12 years and I'm not even in your division. Where's your crashout when Mahomes (after going 15-1) was traded so someone could move 5 spots up in the *8th* round. Silence? Any other questionable trade is silence. I may do a Lawso and be like whoa that trade is insane but I'd never get on here demanding a veto or text receipts or change my name. Nobody said the trade was random, what trade isn't talked about before it happens? I was actively shopping St Brown, Purdy and Cook to multiple teams bc I felt the gap between Bowers and everyone else was significant, he said he'd want Bowers and St Brown, I asked if we could improve the way we handled the swaps and this proposal came my way. The fact I'm still even talking about this is so dull and predictable like those 3 players wouldn't go 1-2-3 in the draft as well, and I'm guessing he thinks he can move CMC or similar for a pick in the next 3 weeks.

Anyone I sent a trade to can show you the same receipts of the value I thought I'd get. I offered St Brown to Flavio for simply a pick swap in round 3 and 5. I'll show those receipts too, not that you're entitled to any of this but you're so angry and mad that I'll happily show the process of what I thought I could get (not bc their value wasn't good but bc people overvalue picks generally) was with this offseason. Would I have accepted a lesser offer? maybe, I'll break it down even more since you seem so flustered.

St Brown and Purdy for Daniels is by all means an overpay in a league this deep. St Brown finishing top 3 WR is 100% in play, Purdy finishing Top 8 QB is as well.
Bowers, pick 19, pick 38 for pick 4 and 25 is definitely an overpay. He traded back 15 spots (after 45 players are already taken) to get Bowers, and then moved up 13 spots just two rounds later.

I think you'd be hard pressed to even argue that player for player and pick for pick that I didn't "lose" this trade, the factors that would have anyone upset is the fact I was able to move players I needed to get rid of or would lose for no value, and people (I don't blame them, as mentioned) wish all owners had stood strong on making me dump them into the pool or for way under value (which as I'll show I was already attempting to do), and that's where I get the bitterness, but not from the actual production of the guys involved. You don't like what it could do for my team, not what that the trade on its own actually means. You don't like that I still have 3 keepers and have improved my second round pick to another first in the process, because of what it *could* mean for my team going forward. Everything you're worked up about is how it *could* improve me or that it I wasn't *forced* to make bad trades to get something for those guys and I got good value.

If the trade's fair, great. If people want to push back they will. That’s how a competitive league works. But let’s not pretend this is the first time people have raised eyebrows over your deals and it’s wild how vocal you get over a little push back or ribbing.

You're not fooling anyone with your backtracking -- your response to me saying "I don't know why you're so worked up over this" is going WOW MUST"VE REALLY STRUCK A NERVE is just repeating what I said to you. It's lame, unimaginative and a weak attempt at convincing anyone who doesn't know better you aren't weak for your temper tantrum.

I responded to the thread prior to you about the trade, not because of you, and then when that wasn't enough to satisfy you and the hissy fit we were getting, complete with changing your team name, I decided to give in and I went and further explained things for you. But not just for you, which I also don't have a problem doing because on paper there's nothing wrong with the trade, but also it gives everyone in the league a perspective of how turning Daniels and pick 46 (let's call it was it is) for pick 61, moving up in other rounds, and Bowers, Purdy and St Brown isn't what you think it is. Maybe you like Daniels more than Paul, maybe you value picks more, I don't know.

What I do know what you want but you're way too old to be creating accounts to "rile people up" - if that's what you think you did. You were mad that my explanation wasn't long enough, then used the fact that I gave you what you asked for as why I'm the upset one, ok bro. If It's not detailed enough I "cant even justify it" if I explain it I "why the long defense?" -- good one. I thought it was fucking insane you trusted Deshaun Watson, I wasn't running to the league to suspect something be done about throwing the pick or keep away. Someone mentioned the age thing, Purdy and Daniels are 25 and 24. Purdy is 3 months older than Bo Nix. He's a keeper level age no matter how you slice that. Obviously the ceiling is higher on an elite Daniels season, that's why it cost me WR4 and TE1.

And can we be real about the competitive balance for a second. The team that's been eliminated dumping 5 starters for one keepers so they strengthen their keeper and the team "going for it" is now stacked, fucks the league way more than a trade like this, but that's what keeps dynasty fun. Teams make moves constantly and have to anticipate if this is the year you let go of the 24 year old RB so that you can try to win it all. I don't mind the starters for keeper dump because there's long term consequences to doing that stuff.

Kinda like trading Kyler Murray, Najee Harris, Tua, Tank Dell, and Jaylen Waddle for Darnold and Gibbs...
