Maybe if we didn't give serial killers cool names like "The Night Stalker," and instead called them something like "The Small PeePee Killer," we'd have fewer serial killers.

I like it but they get their names before we know who they are. Maybe we can use some of the most unflattering parts of the profile they put together.
