Doubtful, but once I got pulled over by a cop, and someone blew past us going like 20 over, and the cop handed my shit back and took off.

Yes because I've seen them slow down. That's why sometimes when I'm feeling like an asshole and see someone speeding the other direction, I like to flash my lights and watch them slam on the brakes.
