Hoss Hoss Tejas is a funny place man. My first time there I was at a conference right outside Austin. Was all a bunch of super wealthy people from across the u.s. I end up at a table with Texans and all we talked about was cattle, oil and guns. I honestly had 0 idea there was so much to cattle and learned a lot about oil. Was funny and interesting.

In my experience black cats seem smarter. It's gonna take some time for it to adapt to you.

Litter doesn't matter an awful lot. Most of the claims of odor nullifying are... Well, I'm not the best judge I'm largely desensitized. So maybe they're spot on. I just use basic clay litter though. The main thing is to change it every other day and scoop it if he lays a steamer.l

And food. Cat shi t should be dry. If it's even a little bit wet you're overfeeding him canned food. Dry kibble is better for them, canned food rots their teeth and gives them nasty shit. You can do half a bowl of kibble into half water and it'll become mush. Every cat I've fed prefers that mush to canned food, often actively. Like I've had cats that would ignore canned food in favor of wet kibble when given the option.

cow Milk makes most cats shit. If you ever notice your cat is constipated. Goat milk is richer than cow milk and they seem to digest it better, it you get a sick cat who's off their food.

Yes. That's a new location since I lived there but I've been to it and it's not bad BBQ, but it's second tier.

Man. So I just called my friend who volunteers at the shelter to see why my app was taking so long. So she called the lady that does the processing. Apparently there a little backlogged and it seems that someone else may have applied to adopt him and another cat. She put in a good word for me but I'll be super bummed if someone else gets him heh. Dunno if I'll have it in me to go back and look at another.. The place has this lame rule that if two cats have "bonded" then you have to adopt both so that limits a number of cats. I'd like to try one before two.

Man I'ma be real bummer if someone else gets him.

When we adopted a cat from a shelter we just went in a room and grabbed the cat we wanted and they just about wanted to suck my cock to thank me for taking a cat. They had so many that they get euthanized much more quickly than the dogs. But you got a fucking waiting list?

Ya bro. This is one of those private ngo ones where they wanna know everything about you Google style before you adopt... It's a bit ridiculous. It's been a week and by now I've formed some weird theoretical emotional bond with a cat I don't even own yet..
