How nice of you to care so much about me.
Roughneck is in a job that technology will eventually make obsolete, could have studied harder at school to increase employability across multiple sectors.
Jobs should not exist purely to provide employment. Technology moves on, the world moves on. Move on or be left behind with the rest of the delinquents.
You’re posting retarded shit across multiple threads, lulz.
The most employable Americans today work in the blue collar sector, specifically plumbers, electricians, welders, PIPE FITTERS, and various other specialists.
The jobs are traditionally held by people who didn’t do well in their “studies” and didnt go to college. They typically have little to no student debt and get paid to go to school (or pay very little) bc there is such high demand. After 4-5 years they can become masters in their craft and their pay grows exponentially.
So, by comparison, someone who went to the prestigious NYU and graduated with $350,000 of debt and an English degree makes $60k in five years, the same blue collar worker makes $180k with zero debt.
The blue collar worker can buy assets and they put services and goods into the economy, while the English Major has to moonlight on OnlyFans. BuzzFeed celebrates the latter as a modern day Joan of Arc and antagonizes the former as hillbillies who didn’t try hard in school.
Roughnecks spend hours doing grueling work that only a few thousand people in the world know how to do or are willing to do and make such an impact on our economy, when they can actually build pipes and shit, that when they do a good job you actually have more money in your pocket bc gas prices are lower.
Breh. Stop spouting off shit you obviously haven’t even thought about. Or maybe you have, in which case you really are a retard.
