Also are you actually building your house yourself? Saw you did poured concrete. If you are definitely YouTube that.. I sawBlazin are you operating all that heavy machinery yourself? For some reason when you’re shawed, attached image files don’t show up as full images in posts and when you click the thumbnail it gives access denied. Looks like you had a huge backhoe for that drainage pond thing.

.saw Theron Humphrey do a cabin build and was really need. He documented everything. Seems like if you do it yourself you can build something of tenfold better quality than what you can hire someone to build. Check this out, you would probably like it.

Doing a mix , some of the scope I have subcontractors doing. I'd be comfortable doing the electrical but township requires license to get past inspections. I'm using small contractors that will work with me, so even on the electrical there are parts I'm doing.
