Renewed for Season 6. Season 5 drops friday, appears the embargo is up today. Lots of 'beautifully sets up for the future' headlines, so surely we're going to say goodbye (finally) to some remaining cast members from the first season.

season 5 premieres in 3 days, the show will film one final season after that. pretty cool, good place to end and the writers will be going into the final season knowing its the end

i hope they find some space bitches

Wow ep 1 was hard to get through , I thought I'd accidentally put one of my wife's soap operas on. I like the science behind this show. The cringy soap bullshit can go away though.

So I'm the only one that watched EP 2? More soap opera. I waited for Victor Newman to show up (if you know that reference you are OLD).

Hope Admiral whatshisname with the bad age makeup who cannot act for shit is
dead and off the show. He hasn't added anything to this series in a while.

Lanx Lanx I think we're the only ones watching the show. I'm only watching for the science, not the drama and for damn sure not the acting.

I'm just really bad with getting new routines going when shows come back, so had missed the 2nd episode since it's just so whatever.

This really is so bad, after being so great. Show came out of nowhere and hooked me and the more they've had to make up the worse their bad and uninteresting storylines have compounded. From one of my favorite shows to what feels like hate watching, at best.

guess i will watch this at some point, but in no hurry. was hitting the fast forward a lot during the last season, like through most of the strike. iirc got through a few episodes in like 20 mins.

First few seasons they could basically take existing history/planned stuff and either tweak events or make the planned stuff happen.

Now they're far enough away from the divergence point that you're just going full sci-fi

Gotta admit, I FF most of this weeks episode. Think I'm letting the rest build up and speed watching them. This is depressing , this and 'The Boys' are both back and both hot messes.

This was mawkish self-indulgent rubbish, if they just left it at the end of the previous episode that would have been fine.
