Hadjar to Red Bull next season. Yuki not coming back is not surprising.

Not a big enough fan to really understand or appreciate a number of these changes (DRS, ground effect, engine changes)

Alot of lasts at the 2025 Abu Dhabi GP

Last Race...
- of the Ground Effect Era
- of the current V6 Hybrid engines
- with DRS
- for Yuki
- before Sauber becomes Audi
- of Honda w/ Red Bull / Racing Bulls (I didn't know RB was a 2nd Red Bull team for like the first year I watched F1, lol)
- of Renault as an engine supplier
- with 20 cards on the grid

Fun season and a good race to finish it. Great year for my team. Excited to see how things change up next year

After the shitty way Ferrari went about dumping Carlos last year, I’ve not been a fan of them, but Jesus…Hamilton doesn’t deserve a total shit box Ferrari turned into this season. Hamilton‘s Legacy before the season was without a doubt going to be a great one, but damn, zero podiums this year? Terrible strategies, a worse car somehow than what it was last year, a team being run about as bad as you can run it…. I feel bad for the guy. I don’t wanna see Ferrari do good. But I hope Hamilton has more success next year. I don’t know if anyone saw the interview with him before the race, asking what fans could look forward to tomorrow, and he said, “The weather is supposed to be nice.” He just appeared to be dead inside.

As far as this season, I think Oscar personally is a better driver than Lando. I think he was a victim of his team choosing Lando over him for whatever reason. Not only (in my opinion) is Oscar a better driver, but he is much more likable, but probably not as marketable which is why even with Oscar leading more than half the season, they opted to go with Lando in the end or at least that’s my take.

Watching the after-race cool-down room, there does not seem to be much optimism for next year‘s cars. I think it’s a bad sign that the drivers appear not only to be undecided on them, but don’t seem optimistic at all. Hopefully, they turn out well.

I was really rooting for Oscar this year. I’m bummed he didn’t win, and I hope when his contract is up with McLaren, another great team offers him a good deal because he deserves better than what he got there this year.

Sainz has been my favorite driver for the last two seasons, and while I feel bad for Hamilton, I’m super pumped that Sainz podiumed twice in what is statistically a much worse car than Hamilton‘s Ferrari. I’m really looking forward to seeing what he and Williams can do next year when all the cars are pretty much on an even playing field.

I’m super excited for Cadillac, and I’m 100% behind them going into next year, even if I’m not super pumped about our drivers. I hope Checo has something left in the tank, and while I don’t think Bottas is great, he’s a good dude.
