If i had a neighbor like that I would be spending ridiculous amounts of money on fireworks twice a year. And if she ever got smart and left town, i'd just save them till she got back.

God bless America. Gas at Sheetz today is $1.77. Thankfully got ours during a 3am run this morning after cleaning my basement. Now there’s lines down the street for it.

Husband just got a gift from his mother recently: a letter from his great grandmother’s sister who married into the Hart family, descended from John Hart, one of the signers from New Jersey. Detailed the events after he signed where he was hunted by the British, lost his farm, and couldn’t even attend his wife’s funeral, slept in ditches and barns, etc. Interesting bit of history but also very sad to see how much they had to give up to sign that document.

One of the best The Star Spangled Banner renditions I've heard in a long time.
