Liquor stores in Texas are the size of small grocery stores; the two biggest in DFW are Spec's and Goody Goody, for example. While I don't frequent them anymore, 10+ years ago the only non-alcoholic stuff I remember them carrying is beer, wine, and pre-mixed mixers (on lunch breaks I would occasionally burn some time walking a couple of the big stores just looking at all the different shit, in amazement of the variety of a single drug).
