Scientists have used statistical analyses to show a correlation between certain genes and intelligence, sure. But leaving aside questions of causation, as well as that "intelligence" is a nebulous term -- as are the metrics applied to quantify it -- not a single one of those articles mentions race. Ethnicity is mentioned in one, by way of stating they specifically tested a single ethnic group. There is no data showing that the standard deviation and mean intelligence for one race differs from that of another; in the absence of data it is erroneous to assume that the distribution of intelligence differs across ethnic groups. There is no reason to assume something as polygenetic as intellect would vary with skin color; like any phenotype for which multiple genes are responsible, recombination comes into play.

At least in terms of psychometric intelligence (or any measure of educational achievement you care to name), you are quite wrong. The existence of racial gaps isn't in dispute. Whether such gaps are caused by genetics, environment or culture is.

This was the report of a task force established by the American Psychological Association to report on the subject, it was cited thousands of times. Check p.16, "Mean Scores of Different Ethnic Groups".
