Before given to senate, many "jurors" publicly stated bias. Didnt recuse.
Key witnesses were told by WH to STFU
senate didnt bother to press for subpoenas.
WH is trying to run out the clock
WH lawyers threatened senate if vote passes for subpoenas, they would drag on the fight and overload the trial with doc, witnesses, etc.
Senate states they have heavy workload, but reality they always completed majority items like gov funding past nov, etc.

Sente voted no on witnesses.
So trial without key witnesses where they could have but didnt out of fear of reprisal of #theOrangeKing.
