Years back I ordered a aquarium gravel cleaner on Overstock.com. They sent me 2 18650 batteries( very cheap too both weighted about 1/4 of a Samsung one ). I contacted support and they basically called me a liar, it was my first order with them. Second support person I posted a picture in the chat with the batteries and the item number off their site. Got a run around. Final time I was steaming mad and posted the photo of what they sent, the packing and the damn USPS wrapping. They told me to keep the batteries, refunded my money and sent me the aquarium cleaner. I deleted my account and never ordered from them again.
