Anyone else not believe the narrative on these old ancient buildings?

This photo is from a "High School" in Galveston, Texas. Built in the mid 1800s' by cowboys and frontiersman with wooden axle carts.

We cannot replicate this grand stone design to this day without machinery and modern tech. Can anyone really believe that frontiersman fighting for survival would make this grand of a building?

Is your argument that they couldn't build that? Because see 15th century European cathedrals. Or is your argument that they would not because they are cowboys? Stone masons traveled around doing work like this for a thousand years.

Ex:
Reims Cathedral

Reims Cathedral was the church in which numerous French monarchs were officially crowned. It was built on the site of the basilica where Clovis was baptized by Saint Remi, bishop of Reims, in AD 496. The cathedral was completed by the end of the 13th century, with the west front added in the 14th century.
