Trust me on this, you do not want to be anywhere near Las Vegas in August, it will be in the 100's with just enough humidity to be miserable. But if you come and are going to the Rio anyhow, why not see a magic show? It's pretty good.

EDIT: Looked up the event, it's almost a grand a head for the cheap package. People are fucking idiots. That 'creation entertainment' bunch are the same asshats that had Metallica Sphere floor seats for $2K a pop because you had to buy 3 days at the adjourning casino as well.
