fortunately, following all of the negative publicity over the pink slime issue last year, producers, suppliers, vendors, and legislators have started to agree to disclose its inclusion in products... and many school boards have banned products containing it altogether

though of course, they're using a less offensive name than pink slime to describe it on food labels

'Pink slime' now goes by 'finely textured beef'

I worked at a Domino's Pizza for over a year. One thing I took away was that the food quality was really good. Nothing weird or scary to report, I have no problem eating it, and am happy to tell people about it too.
