I bought an Xbox back in college to play the original. It was a mistake.

Not a bad game but way over hyped by Molyneux. I vaguely remember playing the second one, and I think there's even a third which I never touched.

The original was fun but it was super short and it wasn't the choices have consequences deal that they were touting.

If I had to hazard a guess with how gay Britain has become, this is probably going to suck, and there will probably be Muslims somewhere within the game, but they're probably made to be the good guys or the resistance.

The fact that the put it in and showcased it with pride in their work is just too big of a red flag. Great they put in a character customizer but what’s the rest of the game going to have? Hard pass.

Looks pretty. They need to tone down the sparks. Every single hit has sparks flying. Makes sense when it’s metal on metal but they even flew when one dude just stabbed another, and when a guy punched someone in the chest.

Honestly probably what happened. Remember this was originally revealed with that God awful ugly female character and was all but said that was the protagonist.

The character creator is likely a oh shit we gotta fix this at the last minute and character animations got overlooked.

To be fair bro, every game Molyneux ever did was overhyped and underdeveloped. I also think I read he retired.

True but he had some cool and unique concepts and some of the games were really fun. As flawed as it was I really liked Black and White.

Anyway this new Fable looks like shit, definitely gunning for the '26 Veilguard spot.

I feel like I really liked the original. Never played any of the sequels. Always thought it would be Xbox’s answer to Zelda but that never materialized.
