A Mod Real Quick
I got no horse in this race anyways. I buy physical if I really like a movie, otherwise right on my plex it goes from the high seas

What does all this piracy /overpaying BS derail have to do with gaming news?
Everything. I buy games from studios that deserve my money and pirate games from sketchy or woke studios to see if they are worth buying.
If someone can't afford a game then there is a bigger issue and they need to reconsider work and income versus fucking off with a game.I used to pirate games as demos and buy them if I wanted to keep playing because I was tired of being burned by shit games but since steams return policy I haven’t had to. I don’t think there’s any real excuse to pirate games anymore unless you’re just tight on funds.

Everyone can afford an MMO or two. Even hobos and incels. If someone can't afford a game then there is a bigger issue and they need to reconsider work and income versus fucking off with a game.

Think P99 is already filling that role.We did obamaphones, why not obammos?
Yeah. But all the felons in this case are WFH software engineers that have father-in-law vendettas.Think P99 is already filling that role.

And I would if someone sold it to me.If you like something and want to use it, shouldn’t you pay for it?
The studios are willing to sell the movies too. Blu-ray’s come with a digital code. And well, a permanent disc. You’re still just pirating even though you’re paying the pirate hosts. And I would if someone sold it to me.
But as seen, they don't sell those movies. They provide you with a license whose terms you did not negotiate, and that can be revoked at any time. So I can't buy the movie from a legitimate seller? I'll buy it from the black market instead.
And that's what I do. I pay a Usenet subscription, and use a dedicated lookup/download system. I am paying. Just to the people who are willing to sell me the actual movie instead of temporary shit.
What was the last movie that you downloaded from Usenet? If it was available to purchase as a physical disc, then why didn't you buy it?And I would if someone sold it to me.
