This is a seriously fucked up perspective.

Unless the game is a huge rug pull with credits rolling unexpectedly before the game can actually come to a natural conclusion, there is absolutely no justification for refunding a game you played to completion. The two hour window was set with large games in mind, to control for games that have an extended tutorial period before you can actually experience what the game really has to offer.

Total shitbag, entitled, jew, mindset.

I guess it depends entirely on the premise of the game and what info you're given. If you know up front it's a very short game then you are the retard. If there's some misleading about game length then the dev is the retard.

Anything that can be beaten, with zero replay value, within 2 hours of purchase should be free or maybe Steam shouldn't offer refunds for games 5$ and under.
I want 1 hour for every 2 dollars I spend on a game, 1hr/1$ for dlc, and I don't give a fuck what stupid names you want to call me.

Using that logic, people should have refunded Portal 1 en masse, which means no Portal 2 happens (although Portal 1 was part of Orange Box originally, but tried to think of a good game that you can easily beat in under 2 hours)

I didn't beat portal 1 within a couple hours of purchasing and I don't know anyone that did.
I am sure there are people who did but I am not one of them.

I think that's probably the thinking. Instead of investing in the extra hardware cost of adding a Bluray drive, they remove the drive while increasing the cost of the unit and then just deliver everything as download increasing the profit margin even more.

Eh, depends on the game. Some games are more like experiences or toys, and that's perfectly fine if that's made clear. If you play for 2 hours and are satisfied, no problem. If you play for 2 hours and are like "wtf, that was it?!", then yeah, there's a problem. You probably should refund the latter, but if you refund the former just because the refund button still works, then yeah, you're a shitbag.

No doubt, but unless Amazon keeps the show going for like another 5 years and people are still tuning in, the show will probably be long over by the time any game drops.

Even if we are being charitable and work with the assumption that preliminary work on the game started a couple years ago, I'd be shocked if we see anything substantial in the next couple years
