I like the roll/stuffed lamb breast idea - going to do feta, breadcrumbs, garlic, garlic and garlic, rosemary and other misc herbs - so basically the crust for the chops with feta - thanks all for the info and ideas!
Also...
On the weekend my wife said "oh hey the farmers market down south has t bone 11.99!" I was like "that's a good pirce, its in their normal sale range" but we were busy and nothing really pressing... other than I like tbone.
I then go look to see if they have lamb chops- and find out their sales swap tomorrow/Thursday - okay cool, same as Publix... but... the tbone is PRIME not the normal choice... I then inform (kindly!) my wife that, that is needed information and would have changed the "should we go" factor!
May drive down there tonight lol
