Yeah I plan to get the platinum at some point too. I got ~75% of the way through it a few months ago and haven't really played games much since then, have been dumping more free time into my game project.
I'll eventually come back to it, it's a fantastic game just as the first one was (also platinum on that one).

I plan on platinuming this, did with the first on steam so might as well with this on ps5pro.

3 Typhon kills.
Cronos is almost on farm status but Prometheus and Typhon still give me trouble.
Cyclops goes from being the easiest boss to ultra difficult for me when upgraded. Haven’t played much with the fear settings and have been doing runs without it until I roll the credits and game goes hamster-wheel mode.

I saw upgraded Eris with my favourite weapon from the first game and knew I was fucked, I died (lasted longer than I thought I would) and never turned up the fear again.

70nights to roll the credits, bout the same as it took me in the first game. Quickest I got that down to was 17 runs, not sure I will try doing that with this sequel.

I was watching a stream and had the Rivals version of Prometheus spoiled for me, I still struggle with him mostly because I play like a fucking spaz. I had been avoiding fighting that version because I knew I was going to fail and I hate failing.
Finally attempt it because I am farming darkness as a run focus...
Win on first attempt, no death defiances used, while using one of my worst weapons; the spear, I mean "staff".
Dropping Ω casts, dumping a couple melee hits, and then running like a bitch, while chucking spears like a coca-cola'ed up zulu warrior, for the win. Gods be cray cray indeed.
I made the same mistake for a long time in the first game, I completely slept on the ability that makes you do more damage when you have 2 or more curses on a mob. Same reason both games, I completely misunderstood what counts as a 'curse'. The sound it makes when you hit with that debuff on is so satisfying, I forgot how much I like that sound.

Got the true true ending (that plot twist is fucking awesome) and beat 28 fear upper as well as rivals Typhon (wtf in the spam autistic turbo retard is this fight)
Seeing what I'd have to do to plat and it's probably like 20-30 runs min (granted easy runs) so I might just chill and work on dead cells or ror2 for now.

Yea I still need that too. I figure heph armor stacking with dodge should be the way, with a relatively easy range spam weapon. Probably one of the staffs and see if omega special spamming with upgraded heph specials so you can get it down to a couple seconds.

I have been really lazy. I need one trophy for platinum in the first Hades, getting 30% extra dmg with the piercing butterfly. Every run I have done while trying to get it has not yet blessed me with an Athena boon. Think it will be so much easier with Athena's reflect boons and will probably be the way I eventually do it.
Been playing a bit of Hades 2, but it just hasn't clicked for me just yet. I suppose I need to get a lot more familiar with the new weapons, cards, etc etc

Was super easy, pick the one with the most armor and get other armor type boons from Heph. Just do it on zero fear/heat/whatever. And Arachne's trinket helps you maintain the armor.
