Yeah I'm gonna need this. I watched my first 4K Blu-Ray on the PS5 the other day, Star Trek Beyond. The movie's alright but the visuals were insane, I'm sold on 4K BRs now.
What is that skull helmet Kurgan wears supposed to be, anyway? A sabertooth tiger? A large bear?
It's surprising the show didn't get any movies, yeah. Star Trek TNG managed to get several movies after Kirk's run of movies ended with Generations, and it would have been nice to see Duncan and the show characters get a couple more movies after Endgame.
Highlander 3 is better than people remember it being. The final fight with Kane is easily the best fight Connor ever has in the entire series. (For Duncan, I would go with the Donnie Yen fight from Endgame)
I agree, I actually like 3, and going HL1 to 3 makes sense in story - we were just doing the meme where you deny the existence of all the other stuff.
The Donnie Yen fight shows they can produce and perform a high level fight, but its stupid for any immortal to just give up their sword - they could have just disarmed each other in combat.
Its been awhile since I watched Endgame completely- It takes ALOT for me to get over the sanctuary NOT being holy ground, as there is 0 zero siltch NADA NOPE! NARY NONE NUPO ZZZEERRROOOOO reason why it would not be.
They could have indeed made it holy ground and the bad guy duped his followers into thinking it was not, and had them bust in- kill all the watchers, then had his men all line up to kill the "sleeping" immortals all at once- then "The Source" lashes out at them for killing on holy ground, but the quickening kills the followers and then Kell is there to then absorb all the quckening, but Connor was there and just missed or they didnt have enough followers to kill him at the same time with the others (stupid but NOT AS STUPID AS WHAT IS IN THE MOVIE) - then Connor also gets some of the abandond quickening along with Kell, they both recover and then you just proceed as it was.
And for goodness sake, keep Duncan's love interest consistent /sigh
