its so awesome that she doesnt pay one bit of attention to anything going on with the movies/shows and is still going ahead with her "female is everything, male heroes need to be destroyed" vision as if nothing else matters. when she finally retires, cuz she will never be fired. there will be nothing left to build on. just some ashes that can be kicked around for compost. this could have all been avoided years ago if they just fired her. Indy5 is estimated to lose around 300 million dollars at the box office. hundreds of millions gone in past endeavors. they could have paid her a hundred million orless blackmail and she would have stepped down and let somebody who actually loves these IPs take over and do them justice. nope, just let her do her thing now. its too late to reverse anything anyway.

I'd like to know the exact details of firing VP of Story that happened in 2018 at Lucas Film. Whether Disney ordered it happen, or whether it was merely suggested strongly, or if it was something Kennedy decided on her own.
The mechanics of how that went down, given she was a major diversity hire, and at one point touted to take Kennedy's place as head of the studio-- are pretty important. It's all under NDA I'd assume. Not even her co-workers who had her on text on her home phone number know exactly what happened. Just one day she stopped coming into work. She wouldn't text back Merry Christmas either even a few months later after the dust settled on the firing.

cant wait til it comes out. i am sick of hearing about it. everyone says its going to flop and it will likely flop, but it doesnt matter because their goal will stil have been achieved. another of our beloved franchises humiliated and destroyed . these motherfuckers still win. i mean Lucas pretty much put the nail in the coffin with Crystal Skull, but this movie takes his corpse out of the coffin and puts it in a blender and then pisses all over the gooey remains.

He actually looks "good" in the film, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. He's playing an old guy in the movie obviously, but they do enough camera tricks to make it seem like he can still walk normally.
On stage at the Indy 5 premiere was a different story. I swear he had a handler present and he looked unsteady/loopy, hobbling like the president a bit.
