What a shitshow. $70/shr in 2019. ~$25 now plus divvy cuts.

Not sure how much of a chunk of their revenue was from being the sole provider of cpus for Apple macbooks, but Intel has been on a very steady decline since Apple cut ties and started producing their own (FAR superior) silicon in the M1 Pro / Max (now M2) chips. Plus you've had years of AMD nipping at the heels of the price vs performance competition. So, once again, Intel's own complacency and sandbagging their innovation for years when there was no competition has led to them being caught out. I've got zero sympathy.

Not sure it's really overvalued. As long as geeks exist, they will keep coming up with applications that use massively parallel processing units, aka GPUs, and then hyping the shit out of those applications. First it was graphics, then it was crypto, now it's AI, next it'll be metaverse once that matures (aka back to graphics) and then after that it'll be something we haven't even heard of, or second-wave AI, or something like that. None of this is going away.

Why when people are in the office less than half the week. Set up hotel cubes and either reserve or first come first served. Office space is dead weight
