How is not fake news? The apple doesnt even sell the 12 . France halts the sales of Iphone 2s! If they halt the sale of somethin for sale that would certainly be a tad more interesting.
Someone needs to tell France about non-ionizing radiation.
Edit: Also, it seems like the iphone 12's absorption rating spec is less than half the limit allowed in France? The reporting sucks around this story.

While I can't say without a doubt that apple doesn't sell old phones randomly in some foreign country, I can indeed say Apple 12 is no longer sold by apple in any meaningful way.
