I can find articles saying the exact same thing (actually usually it's 2%) over the last several years.

This prediction isn't new.
Vanguard been saying this for years, turns out they weren't talking about the S&P but their stupid ass target retirement funds.

Last I looked it required purchasing FSD

That was recently removed as a condition. Per Tesla's website it's just 20% down with no other requirements for "well-qualified buyers with excellent credit".

Oh, that would suck dick. FSD got way too expensive.
Just took a look at the site, think they dropped the FSD requirement. But have to do at least 20% down.

Monthly payment of $16.67 per $1,000 financed at 0% for 60 months. Not all applicants will qualify. Promotion is subject to change or end at any time, and cannot be applied retroactively. Stock predictions are like my weather predictions and why I should have been a weatherman.

Chance of rain is always 50%.
It either will or it won't.

Knew a dude who played Mechwarrior and he would take the most outrageous shots. People would be like... "But you need an 11, what are you doing?" He always responded "50/50 chance. I either hit or I don't".

This analogy is missing context. Wut?
