I am actually talking to my broker now. People are fleeing big cities en mass for suburbs. I am only 35 minutes train ride to Manhattan and they can't keep houses on the market here. Multiple offers same day above asking.
I'm thinking about selling and moving about an hour east on Long Island. Its too far to commute to the city so prices are still normal. I might be able to arbitrage the shit out of this move.

Bought a house this week. Have 500oz of silver I got at 12-14$ an ounce

I just got stopped out of XOM. That was painful. It crashed through support levels and the 20 DMA. That was a chunky and ugly loss. But, like an ex-wife, at least it is out of my life.

Meanwhile my little brother's looking at a shitty little condo in Denver for the same amount we're probably listing this beast at.
I did go ahead and open up a small brokerage account, probably just going to throw 50 bucks a week in there for a while until I've stabilized the career switch.
