I feel you.
I bought a house in 2008, feels bad man.
Today feels almost the same as back then - super high housing prices, market declining.
Not a great situation.

I moved a chunk of cash into my brokerage account and dropped an order to buy QQQM at the intermediate support level of $137. I sort of hope it doesn't hit because that means this day went form bad to worse, but we shall see.

Nasdaq down 4% on the day. Gold down a little, but nothing like most everything else at least.
