Too many red flags for me. It could have a monumental squeeze the way it is structured with such low (relative) float.

I want to be an investor 6+ months from now when we finish lockups and find actual value.

Imagine Monday being someomne that took the $ .50 per hour raise years ago instead of stock options at SpaceX.

Opened up accounts with Schwab and started the process of transferring from Vanguard. Vanguard is mostly fine for what I need but every once in a while I can't do something I'd like to do. Already initiated the transfer of my individual brokerage account, waiting on the IRA since that's my "trading" account and I want to see how SpaceX shakes out and don't want that cash tied up.

why schwab vs fidelity?

I'm trying very hard to have diamond hands on the VLO stock I bought before the Iran conflict started. Up 58.9% year to date and up most days even when oil takes a hit. It's well outside of my normal long term stuff in my index funds, I just had some extra funds. My entire portfolio is index funds and some XOM that I inherited. I'm sure I jinxed it now.

I've had this spreadsheet for over 15 years now, never bit the bullet (because of the total capital at risk) but I'm going to do it now that I actually have money to buy the stock outright if I needed to. Selling deep ITM put LEAPs on $RDDT at $125

Why?

1) You pay long term capital gains on the premiums
2) The margin requirement on naked deep ITM puts is astronomically low, so your return on net margin is very compelling.
3) Reddit has great value at this price.

Ummmm, I’m almost positive you pay short term gains on options premiums outside of some special symbols like SPX.

not telling you not to do whatever your plan is, just that may want to check that
