Some people put money in front of almost everything. Peter North got his start in porn by doing gay films, because gay porn pays more for a male performer than straight porn does. He transitioned over to straight porn and apparently made up for the pay differential through sheer volume because it seemed like he was in every other porn scene I ever saw back in the late 80's and 90's. Sometimes they're fake. Some MTF's actually go on hormone therapy before they ever hit puberty and develop full-sized, fully functional tits without surgery.
