The original statements by me were to shed light on why management are making these propositions and decisions - not whether or not I agree with the practice of H1B.

Regardless, you're admitting yourself they are "takin' 'er 'jerbs", right? So, they are definitely "generating competition". They may not be doing it via competence and skillset, but they are absolutely out competing you from a wage standpoint. The same exact thing happened to the construction industry in this country 30-40 years ago. Wage pressure is a significant thing for a business and one of the main things any "meddling" manager is going to look at when weighing options on who to hire/fire.
Absolutely any retard manager can go "durrr lets hire more Indians for half price." There is literally no skill in making that cost benefit analysis.

These people are your direct competition largely due to PAJEETIFICATION. When that happens your org and your job is just fucked. They will only hire more Indians. They aggressively push out anyone who is not Indian. Our institutions and legal system protect and enable this behavior from them.

This is really the biggest threat they pose. If an organization is sufficiently Pajeetified you just wont get a job there no matter how hot your shit is.

That is the most disingenuous definition of competition I've ever seen. Taking jobs of more qualified people through graft and corruption, facilitated by government bad actors is not competing, it is cheating.

You are not being honest in your assessment.

"More qualified" by whose metric? Yours? "Feels"?

My Dad went through this same transition in the late 80s and 90s with the construction business. He couldn't compete with Jose and Juan anymore on price anymore, because they were willing to work for peanuts. Did he still find side-work? Sure. Did people compliment what a great job he did? Sure. But the giant housing complexes, etc. still went to Gonzalez R US, because they could do the job 75% effectively at 40% of the cost.

I know we like to live in this mythical land on these forums where Whitey is infallible, never fucks up, and only does perfect work. But have you ever torn apart a house built in the 50s or 60s? It's a fucking nightmare of shoddy work, poor code standards, janky wiring, etc. Is this anecdotal? Of course it is. But so are yours.

I used to be a Transportation Data Analyst. I've spent plenty of time around white-collar whites. And by and large, they're lazy as shit, fuck off playing video games/call in "sick" more often, expect businesses to cater to them because of their "skills" and how "irreplaceable" they are, etc.

At best, you're pricing yourself out of the industry. At worst, you're letting it happen. I would say "learn to code", but...well...

I don't think you're able to get over the mental hurdle here as you seem to directly compare construction or factory work to white collar.

You do you fam.

Lol, okay Sandeep (or Ashish, or Santosh, or Akshay, or Pradeep).

You're flailing at a straw man army. No one said white people were infallible, we just know for a guaranteed fact they are better workers then all of the faggot miniorities that you mention all the time. Your crazy idea of holding houses built in the 50's to modern day code is just the tip of the disingenuous iceberg. You also sound like a woman with your "I know lazy white guys who don't work hard" anecdote against a generalization for the population of white American workers.

Amazingly, white Americans' love of free time for hobbies and play is one of the things that make them amazing employees. They innovate and work hard and complete tasks at a superior rate then other cultures precisely so they can free up more of their time to not work.

Anyways, nobody gives a shit about your mewling concerning minority work ethic. We've all seen the stats and most of us have worked directly with enough "diversity" to know the score. That you'll go to the mat for the corruption and cheating that allows Americans to be replaced with inferior drones just goes to show the paucity of your intelligence and judgement.

So, you counter anecdotal evidence with ... anecdotal evidence? You do realize that you are comparing white collar workers that just want a 9 to 5 job and are not invested in it with the people on this forum? Maybe being an "Transportation Data Analyst" is just not that interesting.

I'd presume that people around here are on some level of nerd scale--actually being here on the forum is a sign that people around here may not be sarkic p-zombies. Those tend to frequent normie social media like Facebook, Instagram, or Reddit.

That job is almost certainly an excel sheet jockey job. Something you 100% don't need foreigners to do and they wouldn't do it better anyway.

I work with a dude kirun is talking about. Everyone knows he games all day, so when he says he's WFH for whatever reason they always react with gaming emojis. He actually asked me "does the boss think I game all day? Because it's weird that I was gaming before this meeting"

Those people will find ways to be unproductive no matter what. Working from home, working at work, actually working, they'll be inefficient and unproductive.
