Nowhere did I say I thought that was more likely. I'm saying it's a possibility and since GZs story doesn't seem all that likely to me I was theorizing about whether another scenario was possible. There are an infinite number of less likely scenarios. I'm not grabbing for shit except trying to figure out how to believe that TM saw the gun and was going for it and GZ somehow was able to beat him to it and get it out of his waist band while getting his ass beat (while mounted).

Good point, maybe that's the answer I'm looking for. I haven't paid close attention to the whole thing but I either heard somewhere or assumed that it was in his waist band (since it has to be hidden).
