How did Duke Lacrosse not make the "irresponsible journalism" list? That one really had it all.

The overzealous prosecutor who used the media attention to grandstand for re-election actually got disbarred in that case.

Yeah, that list seems pretty shitty. The Duke Lacrosse case and Richard Jewel were way worse than those cases.

Not to bring politics into this, but its funny how Obama is half black / half white, yet black community all calls him black. Zimmerman is half hispanic / half white and because he killed a black person, the black people call him white. Had he done something beneficial for the black community, he would be identified as hispanic, because fuck whitey. Had he ran for president, he would be the "First Hispanic President!" If it was Obama that had shot Treyvon, I wonder if it would be this "white man" or "this mulatto" killed a black kid! lol.
