I have watched this like 6 times since I showed it to my daughters on Sunday. They keep playing it back to back. Very enjoyable movie, songs are catchy (pop songs, duh). Girls also love the tiger (apparently production named it Derpy). Good animation too.

I watched it based on you guys. I found it to be enjoyable, slightly above average - like a 6 out of 10, worth watching. My wife said it bored her a bit but was pretty cute and "just ok" and rated it a 5/10. My 16 year old son said it was hot garbage and rated it a 3/10. My 14 year old son said "I absolutely refuse to watch that movie, dad... you can tell me if your gay, I'll still love you." lol

Finally got around to watching this due to the positive buzz. Pretty enjoyable and a song or two may have made the playlist (not you soda pop). Some of the songs are over 100mil plays and most are over 70 or 80m on Spotify. Good to see "the message" being beat again by a better product.

I cannot stand musicals and I'm a pretty big music snob, but the animation makes this worth it. Not on Spiderverse level, but really well done. And in the end I didn't even dislike the music. Would watch again.

It's too fast-paced and has too many modern references for a 5 year old.

My girls are slightly older and they probably understood most, but not all.

The music, however, is on absolute repeat in my house right now.

Have to admit, I was fucking dying at the part where the demon cat was trying to stand up the plant.

My 5 year old niece is obsessed with it, like she knows all the words to every song almost. Her older sister is 11 and doesn't really care for it though. And then my 3 year old son just knows mama likes the music lol. He'd rather be watching something with robots or dinosaurs.

Watched it. It was all right. Sony animation is pretty good, hope they start doing more original srtuff instead of just trying to do Spiderman.
