Well Caliane is the expert but it doesn't take an expert to look at the image that you yourself just posted and say 'yeah thats why he looks dumb'

yes and no. they intentionally made it look retarded.

he is a gymteacher. amusingly he is a Liberal arts major, with degrees in pysch and education. hal and guy were the prime candidates for Abin Sur's ring. Hal got it literally just because he was closer at the time.

normal hair at first. Then, its supposed to be more of a crew cut, then bowl cut. even when actually drawn a bowl cut, its much much higher cut.

Fillian is also 55, and Gardner is more like 35.

Yeah no idea why they made him look like captain kangaroo instead of the waffle SS haircut.

I think he just wanted to go with something that doesn't translate well from comic to screen, kind of why deadpool finally did the yellow suit

I'm going off of clips so I might be off?

I find it impressive they ruined John somehow. He was always the more boring GL But he had his thing but now he stole a ring, got a lantern and tells the guardians to deal with it lol? Also Guy wouldn't allow any of the stuff that happened
