You need to add the code: EXPLOREOURWORLD into the LOTRO store. It will unlock everything up to before the current Xpac and the two new classes. Still get a ton of stuff for free. If you sub for 1 month it unlocks a bunch of other nice quality of life stuff permanently.

No, you need to put in the code, which means you need to install the game.
