Yeah, good changes and the kr dev stream sounds like further better changes coming too. Just sucks they waited so long / let things get bad enough they have to do so much fixing and apologizing.

This really depends on your goals and what you mean by getting back into. The game is not friendly for returning players as you're tossed a lot of systems and progressing systems that have since been added to the game. The result of this is that people often feel overwhelmed and since most people can't be bothered to watch a Youtube video will just quit. With that being said, if you have a day or so to spare, the returning player experience can be quite good after going over the systems, specifically including;

1) You'll get a lot of interesting Power Up's that will make your character feel stronger & stronger every day/week.
2) You'll have access to a metric fuckton of MMO content that will be easily accessible through solo raids.
3) You'll be able to progress the horizontal shit a lot easier as all of this has been made more player friendly.
4) You'll have quite a bit of story to play through and enjoy.

None of the above matters if you get frustrated with receiving 10 billion catch up items upon logging in and feeling overwhelmed but, from a content standpoint, there's a lot of good that is highly enjoyable for any returning player and the price point ($0) is a good one.
