bernthal's punisher has his own special coming out and i think its been confirmed he's in the next spiderman movie too, i'm semi hopeful it'll be a fun movie like the last one

i gotta imagine it'll be an immediate lead up to Doomsday but also they want to return Spidey to street level so maybe it won't at all, except for stinger? I'm sorta torn on that, I do like Marvel returning to movies being self contained instead of spaghetti messes like Ant Man or Captain Black America trying too hard to put in bread crumbs for future projects, but we have literally nothing to hype up Doom so far. considering Tony Stark was basically a dad to Peter, its gonna be weird having the two of them against each other

i guess this was the tease, like uhh whatever?

He has fluffier/shaggier hair than in the previous 3 films.

If nothing else I am glad the Spiderman tech is gone. Its better with just him then Iron Spider.

Doom is basically Stark + Strange right? It will be interesting if he plays the same character but Stark is warped into Doom somehow. I imagine they will just do some multiverse plot that makes no sense, but who knows.

Insider DanielRPK revealed that fans can expect at least five villains to make their MCU debut in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The first was Scorpion, previously confirmed by the trades to appear in the film. However, joining him are some odd names. Those being: Tombstone (a fan-favorite, and perhaps the only reasonable choice on this list), Tarantula, Boomerang, and Ramrod.

If they are going to street level Spiderman it makes sense to bring in the cheese. I guess someone there learned their lesson about how James Gunn operated and noticed people liked weird, smaller scale characters. Pulling it off is a whole other thing but I dont want to see alt Doc Oc or alt Green Goblin atm.
