New DD is being made by the people who did some of the Netflix shows. I am cautiously optimistic.

It also makes me cautiously optimistic for the next phase of MCU. They may be woke fucks but at some point Disney would like that cash cow back.

Fucking travesty that this gets cancelled because the Mouse is feeling the pinch but shit like Ironheart and Acolyte still got pushed out. When it finally got around to the shit that the DEI hires did not fuck up, this last season was some of the best Marvel content in years.

Wasn't Season 2 already the back half of Season 1 that was paused when they changed (really, put in) a showrunner and frankensteined the existing episodes?

Obviously, Disney has way, way cut down on their spending for original content on Disney+ - I honestly don't know why people would pay a subscription just for the original content anymore.

Without a kiddo in the house watching shit on repeat (I think I know Lilo and Stitch's entire script by memory at this point), there really isn't a reason to. I will say its a great service for the month of December. The amount of Christmas content is pretty staggering.

They're merging the apps, I hadn't heard anything definitive about combining the subs into one (hopefully lower) price.

Season was ok but this show suffers alot from not having DD in more action shots. Feel like the 90% of the show is his struggle which gets old after awhile.

Glad Charlie Cox and the Netflix crew got a bit more money, but it just underscores how shit Disney is.
