I'm not gonna lie, I'd probably watch this on Prime or something. I think MJ got a bad rap with all the pedo stuff; I legitimately think he totally missed out on his childhood (he was what, 6 when he started fronting the Jackson 5??) and just wanted to experience some of that finally. Despite all the accusations and rumors, I've never once heard any credible evidence that he did anything inappropriate with kids beyond sleeping in the same bed with them. Which, don't get me wrong, is not something an adult should be doing, but I never heard that he touched them inappropriately or anything. In fact, all the personal accounts I've heard say the exact opposite.

On top of that, in my mind he's the greatest entertainer of our time. Even heavy metal kids like me knew his music and respected it, particularly after he got Eddie Van Halen to play on Beat It. Even to this day I'll occasionally watch an old performance of his on YT, because that dude knew how to put on a show, and his early hits were catchy as fuck.

I will be interested to see what approach they take with this. From the picture alone I'm optimistic, because that's before he fucked his whole face up and looked relatively normal.

There were a few interviews with kids that went to his never-land or whatever it was called - if I am recalling correctly, most of them were like "It was exactly what he said it was... it was like a magical land, we played games and were kids... yeah looking back /MJ/ being "one of the kids" is kinda creepy but..at the time, he was just having fun with all of us kids..." then they asked stuff like "did the exp screw you up or sexually mess with your growth or whatever" and they were like "no..." and then the documentary kinda drifted off to generalizations like "he would not have done all that /just/ to let kids have fun, there /had/ to be some sexual motive behind it.

I feel like he could absolutely just be a total weirdo that enjoys the company of children and doing child-like things without being a pedo. It's possible.

It just also screams pedo, and I think most reasonable people would avoid those activities to avoid being thought of as a pedo.

I agree.

But it is one of those /rare/ times where multiple "kids" from various different groups / times / happenings all report then and "later in life" the same thing - and that most documentaries etc. about MJ and that aspect of his life, always tend to /suggest/ (because as you say, it is VERY easy for ANYONE to put 2 and 2 together...) that it is super pedo and stuff... and honestly, before the many interviews here and there from the actual grown kids that went to neverland ranch etc. I was in the "Totes pedo" and I also even now, if someone /like MJ" wanted to be near / with my kid.. I would 100% nope out - but for /him specifically/ with the /actual info/ I have moved to "I believe the kids, who are now adults" that say he wasn't.

There are also a lot of retards that are grown kids and just want to be with someone that understands them, kids / other retards.

Saw him live during the Dangerous Tour in ’92. A live performance of this caliber really tests the mettle of an artist, and he sure delivered in spades—never missed a beat, and never once did the intensity and tempo of the show affect his singing. The show was close to 2 hours long, and the stamina on this guy was insane. I’m glad I got to see him live before he passed.

I never saw him in concert but as a kid in the '80s obviously you watched his music videos on MTV all the time. I remember when thriller came out, my mom was away and we had a babysitter and it was the premiere night. I just remember it scared the hell out of me because I was pretty young, I think it was the werewolf part. But once I got going I would watch the video anytime it would pop up because your babysitters always would watch MTV back in the day.

It sounds though like he's akin to Rush with the stamina and performance level. Totally different types of music, but I can imagine him being his dedicated as they are with their performances. I was lucky enough to see them four times, and every time it was close to a 3-hour set, I'm with a complexity of a lot of their music, they don't ever skip a beat.

Point being is I think I understand that level of talent for dedication to just being the best, and it's pretty amazing.

Yeah, definitely two very different kinds of performers, but I totally get the comparison. MJ’s stamina was more physical — dancing full-out for almost two hours, staying in perfect sync with the choreography while keeping his vocals on point. It’s like a high-intensity cardio workout mixed with theatrical precision.

Rush, on the other hand, had a different kind of endurance — more mental and technical. Playing for nearly three hours straight with complex arrangements, time changes, and perfect execution.

So yeah, two very different kinds of demands — but the level of commitment, discipline, and consistency they both had is something you rarely see nowadays. It really makes you appreciate what goes into being that good, regardless of genre.

Given the recent Diddy shit and Epstein shit and the Kat Williams stuff. I'm going to say Kat told us about Michael and we laughed instead of listened.

MJ was THE pedo. That's why Epstein had him killed. Epstein had an island but MJ had a fucking amusement park in his backyard. He had the entire world believing he was this amazing woman...man. The whole time he was diddling kids and fucking monkies.
